1. Contract term
Guided Membership Plus and Premier Membership each carry a minimum 12-month commitment beginning on the purchase date. Choosing monthly billing changes when payments are collected, not the length or minimum value of the contract.
2. How to cancel renewal
You may prevent the next automatic renewal at any time before the renewal date by:
- Using the cancellation control in Account Settings; or
- Emailing support@collegesquared.com from the address associated with your account.
College Squared will acknowledge the request by email. Keep that confirmation for your records. Turning off renewal allows access and scheduled billing to continue through the current commitment end date.
3. Automatic renewal
Monthly-payment memberships continue month-to-month after the initial 12-month commitment. Annual-payment memberships renew annually at the then-current rate unless you schedule monthly billing or cancel renewal before the renewal date shown in Account Settings. A reminder will be sent approximately 30 days before that date and will include the expected charge and cancellation instructions.
4. Early termination
To request termination before the current 12-month commitment ends, use Account Settings or email support@collegesquared.com. College Squared will provide a written summary of the effective date and amount due before processing the request.
Unless prohibited by applicable law, early termination may require payment of any unpaid balance remaining under the plan's minimum annual obligation, plus a $50 early termination fee. Access ends on the effective termination date stated in the confirmation.
5. Refunds
Membership payments already collected are nonrefundable except where required by law or where College Squared confirms otherwise in writing. Completed reviews, held meetings, and used service credits are not refundable. Any approved refund will be returned to the original payment method when possible.
6. Billing failures
A failed or disputed payment does not automatically cancel the contract or its remaining obligation. College Squared may retry payment, request an updated payment method, limit access, or take other reasonable steps permitted by law and the Terms of Service.
7. Contact and records
Send cancellation questions to support@collegesquared.com. Include the account holder's name and student name, but do not email payment-card details. College Squared will retain the request and confirmation as part of the subscription record.
